Times, prices, what to bring, and how booking and payment work — for the weekly group class in Auroville and for one-on-one personal training.
When is the weekly group class?
The group strength class runs every Wednesday from 7:30 to 8:30 AM at the New Creation Studio in Auroville. Come a few minutes early so everyone can start together at 7:30 sharp.
How much do classes and sessions cost?
The group class is ₹300 per class, or ₹150 per class for Aurovillians. A one-on-one personal-training session of 60 minutes is ₹1,000, or ₹800 for Aurovillians.
Do I need to book the group class?
No booking is needed for the group class — just turn up a few minutes before 7:30 AM. One-on-one sessions are different: those are arranged by WhatsApp message.
Where does Rotem train people?
The weekly group class is held at the New Creation Studio in Auroville, Tamil Nadu. One-on-one sessions can be held at the same studio, or Rotem can come to you.
I'm a complete beginner — is this for me?
Yes. Every exercise has a modification — a low-impact and a high-impact option, a beginner version and an intermediate one — so beginners and intermediates train in the same room. It's never too late, and never too early.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear something comfortable. That's all you need.
Do you train with weights?
We start with calisthenics — just your own bodyweight. Rings and weights come in later, only when they'll genuinely help you.
Will training with Rotem help me lose weight?
The goal is fat, not weight. We're not chasing the scale — we're losing fat, especially the dangerous fat that grows around the waist.
How do I book a one-on-one personal-training session?
Message Rotem on WhatsApp at +91 88075 16715 with "Hi, I want to train", and you'll agree a time between you. Sessions are 60 minutes. If you're new, the usual route is a couple of group classes first, then one-on-one time to sharpen your form and look at your diet.
How do I pay for a session?
Pay by UPI to AUROVI@icici, or scan the QR code on the personal-training page with GPay, PhonePe or Paytm. Payments show up under the name Rainbow Swan. Send the payment screenshot on WhatsApp to confirm — your slot is held once a time is agreed, and confirmed when payment is received.
