Coaching, in 30 seconds

Find your core

A quick tip from Rotem — how to actually feel your core switch on, and why it matters for everything you do.

"Your core sits underneath. The second before someone punches you in the stomach — that brace? That's your core switching on."

The trick to finding your core is that flinch. Imagine the half-second before a punch lands: everything tightens and braces automatically. That reflex is your core. Practice switching it on and off until you can find it on demand — do it as many times as you need.

Once you can feel it, you can train it. A strong core holds up your posture, protects your lower back, and quietly powers every other movement — it's the base under every exercise you'll do.

Track your water

Most people are walking around mildly dehydrated. Write down how much you actually drink for a few days — you'll be surprised, and your training will thank you.

About Rotem

Hi, I'm Rotem.

I've always been a somatic person — even as a child, I loved to move. A few years ago, as a mother of two, I came back to training and noticed something: the stronger I got physically, the more resilience I had to handle life emotionally.

For me, the word "perfect" doesn't exist. I'm full of imperfections, and I've had my own insecurities about my body. But movement is healing — whatever you're carrying, it can be a tool for your mental health, not just your physical one.

That's what I love most about coaching: meeting you exactly where you are, and helping you find your own intention. My intention is simple — to spread health, and the knowledge around it.
